J₂S84 Series Pneumatic Pickup and Temperature Regulator and J2S81 Series Hot Cooling Bed

■This cooling device is used to pneumatically pick up the used sand which has been crashed and screened, and regulate the temperature. The temperature regulator is filled with circulating cooling water and the water consumption depends on the temperatures at both the sand inlet and desired outlet. The sand outlet temperature can be preset on the control cabinet.

-Sand is uniformly spread by a distributor valve and multistep connection is used for pneumatic pickup in series, good pickup result, and micro powder ≤0.1%;
-Large heat exchange area and good cooling effect can meet technological requirements;
-Simple structure, fewer moving parts, low sand flow speed, less abrasion and no noise;
-The sand outlet temperature can be preset and controlled automatically or manually based on actual situations.
