J₂JR Reclamation Sand Heating Device

■The sand reclamation heating device consists of furnace body, burner, blower, temperature detector, and control system,etc., which is mainly used to regenerate the used sand at a high temperature with an output of 3-5t/h to improve its defilming effect and reclamation.

-Hot airflow exchanges heat reversely to ensure full exchange of heat energy and to meet the required no-bake sand bake temperatures;
-Special structure design can utilize some remaining heat, so that heat energy is fully used by which improves the heat efficiency (65~70%);
-The whole running status of the furnace is detected and controlled by PLC automatically.
